These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of the BeautyTech AI website and all related services. By accessing this website, submitting a form, requesting a demo, or using any services provided by BeautyTech AI, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must immediately discontinue use of this website and services.

1. Company Status & Jurisdiction

BeautyTech AI operates as a technology and AI automation provider. The company is registered and governed under the laws of England and Wales.

All legal disputes, claims, or proceedings shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, regardless of the user’s country of residence.

2. Scope of Services

BeautyTech AI provides AI-driven automation services including but not limited to:

  • AI chat automation

  • Lead capture and qualification

  • Appointment scheduling automation

  • WhatsApp and web-based integrations

  • CRM and calendar integrations

Services may be provided via demo access, paid subscription, or custom agreement.

BeautyTech AI reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. No Guarantee of Results

BeautyTech AI makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:

  • Revenue increase

  • Lead volume

  • Conversion rates

  • Business growth

  • System uptime

  • Platform performance

All services are provided “as-is” and “as-available.” Use of the system is entirely at the user’s own risk.

4. User Responsibilities

The user agrees that:

  • All information submitted is accurate and lawful

  • They have full authority to submit such information

  • They will not misuse, reverse engineer, copy, attack, or exploit any part of the system

  • They will not use BeautyTech AI services for spam, fraud, or unlawful communication

Any breach of this section authorizes immediate service termination without refund.

5. Payments, Fees & Non-Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.

BeautyTech AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of:

  • Late payments

  • Chargeback attempts

  • Payment disputes

  • Suspected fraud

Failure to make payment releases BeautyTech AI from any service obligation immediately.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, automation logic, AI systems, workflows, branding, content, designs, and infrastructure belong exclusively to BeautyTech AI.

Users receive no ownership rights whatsoever.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement.

7. Absolute Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UK law, BeautyTech AI shall:

  • Not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or financial damages

  • Not be liable for lost profits, lost data, lost clientele, reputational damage, business interruption, or system downtime

  • Not be liable for any actions taken based on AI-generated outputs

The total cumulative liability of BeautyTech AI under any circumstance shall never exceed the total amount paid by the customer in the preceding 30 days.

8. Indemnification (Customer Pays If You Are Sued)

The user agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BeautyTech AI, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, legal costs, or lawsuits arising from:

  • Their use of the services

  • Their data

  • Their communications with customers

  • Their violation of any laws or regulations

If any third party sues BeautyTech AI due to the user’s actions, the user bears full financial responsibility.

9. Service Interruptions & Force Majeure

BeautyTech AI shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay caused by:

  • Hosting failures

  • API provider outages (WhatsApp, CRM, payment gateways)

  • Cyberattacks

  • Government actions

  • Natural disasters

  • Power or internet failures

No compensation shall be owed under any such circumstances.

10. Termination Rights (One-Sided Protection)

BeautyTech AI reserves the unrestricted right to:

  • Suspend access

  • Terminate services

  • Delete customer data

At its sole discretion, with or without notice, and without any obligation of refund.

11. Business Transfer & Exit Protection

In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or company transfer:

  • All user accounts, agreements, and data shall be transferred as part of the business assets

  • Users expressly agree to such transfer without additional consent

12. No Legal Partnership

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating:

  • A partnership

  • A joint venture

  • An employment relationship

  • An agency relationship

Users receive services as independent customers only.

13. Updates to Terms

BeautyTech AI reserves the sole right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of all updates.
