These Terms of Service govern the use of the BeautyTech AI website and all related services. By accessing this website, submitting a form, requesting a demo, or using any services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use.

1. Company Status and Jurisdiction

BeautyTech AI is registered and governed under the laws of England and Wales. All legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. Scope of Services

• AI chat automation
• Lead capture and qualification
• Appointment scheduling automation
• WhatsApp and web-based integrations
• CRM and calendar integrations

Services may be provided via demo access, paid subscription, or custom agreement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

3. No Guarantee of Results

BeautyTech AI makes no guarantees regarding revenue increase, lead volume, conversion rates, business growth, system uptime, or platform performance. All services are provided "as-is" and "as-available."

4. User Responsibilities

• All information submitted is accurate and lawful
• You have full authority to submit such information
• You will not misuse, reverse engineer, copy, attack, or exploit the system
• You will not use our services for spam, fraud, or unlawful communication

Breach authorises immediate service termination without refund.

5. Payments and Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers purchasing online may have a 14-day cooling-off period, provided services have not been fully performed. Contact info@btai.uk.

We may suspend or terminate services for late payments, chargeback attempts, payment disputes, or suspected fraud.

6. Intellectual Property

All software, AI systems, workflows, branding, content, designs, and infrastructure belong exclusively to AI Systems Limited. Users receive no ownership rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UK law, AI Systems Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages.

Total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 30 days.

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Systems Limited from any claims arising from your use of the services, your data, your communications, or your violation of any laws.

9. Service Interruptions and Force Majeure

We shall not be responsible for failures caused by hosting outages, API provider issues, cyberattacks, government actions, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services where you have breached these Terms or continued service is no longer viable. Where terminated without cause, a pro-rata refund may be provided at our discretion.

11. Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or company transfer, user accounts and data may be transferred as part of business assets.

12. No Legal Partnership

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship.

13. Updates to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
